By signing up for a Prophecy-I service you agree to the following:

1. You acknowledge that Prophecy-I offers a free service supported by subscribing members and sponsors. The Prophecy-I HTML code at your web site may display banner advertisements from Prophecy-I or our advertisers.

2. Subscribing members understand that all subscriptions are for one year. All subscriptions are non-refundable.

3. Non-subscribing members understand that there is a 1/5, 1/3 or 1/1 chance that a pop-up advertisement from a Prophecy-I sponsor will be spawned from their site. The odds depend on the service and if the Prophecy-I logo is displayed with a service.

4. Prophecy-I users that attempt to alter the HTML code supplied by Prophecy-I without written permission are subject to removal. Users are allowed to use Prophecy-I services on as many pages of their site that they wish. Prophecy-I reserves the right to disable any Prophecy-I service for any user at any time for any reason.

5. The following types of sites are NOT allowed to use ANY Prophecy-I service: sites encouraging illegal activity and racism; sites providing instructions or permitting dialogs about conducting illegal activities; sites that are otherwise inappropriate as determined by Prophecy-I.

6. You may use Prophecy-I services that contain adult material, however you MUST select the "Adult" content type when adding the service. Sites should be labeled "Adult" if they contain pornography of any kind, text or graphics.

7. Users agree to accept email notices about Prophecy-I or their sites from Prophecy-I.

8. Users that do not uncheck the "Allow Prophecy-I sponsors to email you about special offers and events" option in the Accounts section of Prophecy-I's site agree to allow their email address to be sold to Prophecy-I sponsors.

9. Prophecy-I services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. Prophecy-I does not warrant that the services of this site are or will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You (and not Prophecy-I) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

10. You agree to indemnify Prophecy-I and its staff, officers, employees, agents, distributors, and affiliates from or against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from your breach of any of the foregoing agreements, representations, and warranties.

11. Prophecy-I reserves the right to verify your compliance with this TERMS OF USE through any means necessary. If you are determined by Prophecy-I to have violated this Terms of Use, then your account is subject to immediate and permanent termination without any obligation by Prophecy-I to redeem money or credit.

12. The TERMS OF USE for Prophecy-I Services may change at any time without notification.

13. Prophecy-I Internet Services is solely owned and operated by Dustin Runnells.
